CTOS Digital’s share price was 0.75% lower at 66.5 sen a share
KUALA LUMPUR (June 30): CTOS Digital Bhd (KL:CTOS) has appointed Creador founder and CEO Brahmal Vasudevan, 57, as a non-executive chairman effective July 1, 2026, replacing Datuk Noorazman Abd Aziz, who is retiring, according to filings with Bursa Malaysia. Noorazman had served as chairman since February 2020.
Creador is CTOS Digital’s largest shareholder with a 20.784% stake through Jade Vine Sdn Bhd.
Brahmal has been Creador’s CEO since 2011 and previously served as general partner and managing director of ChrysCapital Investment Advisor (S) Pte Ltd from 2000 to 2011. He also held roles in companies including Malaysian Tobacco Bhd, Boston Consulting Group, British American Tobacco and Astro.
In a separate filing, CTOS Digital also announced the appointment of Datuk Iswaraan Suppiah, 62, as an independent non-executive director. He was previously group chief operations officer of AmBank Group, where he led digital transformation, AI adoption and automation initiatives. Before AmBank, he held senior technology and operations roles at CIMB Group.
CTOS Digital’s share price was 0.75% lower at 66.5 sen a share, valuing the company at RM1.52 billion. Year-to-date the stock is down 17.39%.
